I forked this because i can't start a new velasko bot since 8/10 months ago, i was trying to do a simple start (only a python3.9 velasco.py .....) and every command y sent it sais that te chat.id has errors, that's because i did this pull request, i saw the error - you use chat.id on load_reader and load_reader expected a chat, no chat.id.

The command /stop is broken too, but my prio is why the message didn't save.

if you have any tip on how i must start the chatlogs directory (because i didn't see any creation or error on the logs).

Okay, i solved the chat directory problem, was permissions.
I also resolved the problem changing the period, after this request i'll probably do another solving minor problems
