First pipeline: :shared:jvmTest, :desktopApp:compileKotlin and :androidApp:assembleDebug, on pushes to main and on pull requests.

It targets runs-on: self-hosted — the repository-scoped Forgejo runner that isn't registered yet. Until it is, this workflow simply never executes, and nothing turns red. Don't mark the ci check as required on main before the runner exists, or merges will block on a check that can never report.

No markdown in this PR on purpose.
